Why Ginger & Turmeric?

Both are thought to have anti inflammatory properties and you'll notice a quick energy boost after taking a shot!  Use for your 3pm pick up!

How to make Turmeric & Ginger Shots

Take a shot each day!

Blend until smooth. Straining is optional

Add coconut water,  turmeric, ginger, cayenne and lemon juice to a blender

Pour into airtight jars and freeze a few if desired

It makes the shot smoother but is completely optional. I don't strain it.

Do I have to strain the shot?
