Pat the wings dry. They should be completely dry
Put wings in the oven with the convection on
Serve straight out of the oven. These don't need sauce!
Melt butter in a small saucepan and mix in hot sauce. Pour over the wings and toss until coated
Toss in a Honey Teriyaki sauce
