Discover how easy it is to make your own Riced Cauliflower. Incorporate it into Taco meat, spaghetti, Rice, Quinoa and more!
Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces

You will need to do this step in multiple batches - Add the cauliflower to a blender or food processor, making sure you do not overfill it. Pulse until the cauliflower is the consistency of rice grains.
If the blender/food processor gets stuck, you may need to open the top and push the florets from under the blade.

If you would like to make riced cauliflower, you can saute it in butter or olive oil with salt. Cook until it starts to turn translucent.
If you would prefer to mix it in to another dish, it can be mixed in straight out of the blender. There is no need to cook it first.
Riced Cauliflower also freezes well, so you can freeze it in a freezer bag and add a little at a time to future dishes.
