Slow Cooker Soy and Honey Chicken

Instructions
Prepare the garlic: Grate or finely mince 6–8 cloves of garlic.
Mix everything in the slow cooker: Add chicken, soy sauce, honey, hoisin, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the chicken well.
Cook: Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours, flipping chicken halfway through for even cooking.
Shred the chicken: Once tender, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker. A hand mixer makes this step quick and easy!
Serve & garnish: Spoon the saucy chicken over steamed rice, noodles, or veggies. Top with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
