  1. Thanks for all the delicious recipes. Breakfast always seems to be the hardest meal to plan. I usually just make a smoothie or have some toast. Not sure if I just don’t feel like taking the time or can’t think of anything that early. But a few of these look like they take no time at all.

  3. The muffins look wonderful. I usually have a protein shake in the mornings and eggs – I try to keep away from the carbs, but I think I need to introduce some back into my diet. Clean eating certainly is the way to go – if I make it ahead of time, it would be convenient!
