Tips for Perfect Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

  • Thin bacon cooks best! Thick-cut bacon takes longer to crisp up, so go for regular slices if you want that perfect crunch.
  • Any asparagus works. White or green asparagus and thick or thin spears will work!
  • Use parchment paper. It keeps cleanup easy and prevents sticking.
  • Make it your own. Add a sprinkle of dairy-free Parmesan or drizzle with balsamic reduction for extra flavor.
  • Try the prosciutto version. Prosciutto crisps faster than bacon and gives a fancier, slightly salty touch, perfect for holidays or date nights!
  • Crowd Favorite – Guests of all ages will love this dish! It even makes an easy make head side dish for lazy evenings.
