That’s why this 5-day dairy-free fall meal plan is designed to keep things simple, delicious, and stress-free. Instead of 15 different recipes, I’ve chosen two per meal that you can mix, match, and enjoy as leftovers. This way, you save time, cut down on food waste, and still get plenty of variety to keep the week exciting.

Why Only 2 Recipes per Meal?

This fall meal plan is designed to make life easier! Instead of giving you 5 completely different recipes for every meal (which usually means long grocery lists and hours in the kitchen), I kept it simple with 2 recipes per meal. That way, you can cook once and enjoy leftovers, or mix and match throughout the week

For example, make a big batch of Pumpkin Oatmeal and enjoy it for 2–3 mornings, then switch things up with Turkey Breakfast Sausage. The same goes for dinners. Cook once, save time, and still enjoy variety without the stress.
